Polaris refrigerated tables can adapt to any premises and meet the needs of many sectors (the confectionery industry, pizzerias, bars, delis, etc.). Moreover, their multiple options for customisation make them a highly versatile and functional work tool. As well as serving for cooling and storage, the tables can also be used as a worktop or, in the case of the Snack line, as a base for cooking equipment.

Polaris professional tables guarantee top customisation and freedom in defining setups. Indeed, you can choose among different combinations in terms of doors and drawer units, worktops (without top, with a smooth top or with a backguard), feet (fixed or with wheels). Moreover, the elements can be set up either on the right or on the left, depending on needs in terms of space and layout in the kitchen.
Every line has been designed with specific features characterising them, to offer customers the best-suited equipment according to their needs. However, all the lines have some shared features, such as the structure entirely made from stainless steel and the high density polyurethane foam insulation with no CFCs and 50mm thick (which allows the tables to operate even at a room temperature of +40°C). The air flow is channelled to avoid blowing directly onto the product, for more delicate storage. The exterior fine satin “scotch brite” finish provides aesthetic and functional qualities.
