The range of Polaris professional refrigerated cabinets includes 600-litre and 900-litre models, with positive and negative temperature, with solid or glass doors. The controller makes it easy to set work parameters, which are displayed on the large screen.
Entirely made of stainless steel and with perfectly rounded corners, our cooling cabinets have the cell bottom moulded in a single piece to make cleaning easier and guarantee the highest level of hygiene. The self-closing doors and insulation from 75 mm to 85 mm thick reduce losses and ensure better performance in terms of efficiency. This also means you can use compressors with a smaller capacity and, hence, lower consumption levels. The use of CFC-free polyurethane insulating foam with a water-based blowing agent helps protect the environment.
Maintenance is made easier by access to components by lifting the front panel. Forced and channelled ventilation does not blow directly onto the product, providing more delicate storage. The smart electric defrosting is controlled by a thermostat that monitors the set parameters and determines when the evaporator needs to be defrosted.
